Deliveries Exchanges & Returns
Deliveries are limited to South African physical addresses only. Deliveries are handled by Aramex (P.O box addresses will not be accepted).
All orders placed online are FREE of charge.
During the checkout process, Salomon will determine your delivery options based on your delivery address and postal code. All orders will be delivered within 3 – 6 working days depending on where you live.
Delivery options and fees are summarized below:

Next Day Delivery – Only certain main centre areas qualify, and orders must be placed before 15:00 on a working week day. Not available for EFT payment options
Extended Delivery times – During periods of high order volumes, our delivery times may be extended as follows: - Standard Deliveries may take 5 to 10 days
As with all returns, you will have a period of 7 days to return the product/products in perfect condition in its original packaging complete with all instruction manuals and accessories.

As a company that prides itself on merchandise and service excellence, we strive to deliver products of superior quality on time. With this in mind, I would like to draw your attention to our return procedure. In the event of a return query, the following steps must be adhered to:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase in order to obtain a refund to the rand value of the purchased items being returned, the product(s) being returned must be sent back to Salomon within 7 days, in its original condition and provided they have not been washed or worn and bear their original labels.
Please ensure the items are returned in the exact condition they were received in, and in their original packaging complete with all swing tags with labels attached.
The product/products must have been purchased on the Salomon online store.
Please note that no hand returns / exchanges are possible to the address below. Only verified couriers are accepted.
How to proceed?
1.Contact our customer services team via email : email@example.com or Tel: 031 003 8898 \ Ext. 2641 Opening Hours: Monday to Thursday from 8h30 to 13h00 and 13h30 to 16h30. Friday from 8h30 to 13h00 and 13h30 to 16h00.
2.You must provide your order number, your personal contact information and specify the product/products you wish to return.
3.Please specify on your packaging slip and on your contact form, which product you are returning, and place your packaging slip inside the parcel.
4.Send the package to our returns address using a courier of your choice. Please note that you are required to cover the cost of shipping.

What happens next?
Upon receipt of the merchandise in our warehouse and after checking the condition of the product, we will proceed to refund the amount charged to your credit card for the items returned (2-3 days depending on the bank).
We reserve the right to accept or reject the return of products that do not meet these requirements or which we believe are not acceptable for return.
Unless defective, the following product types may not under any circumstances be returned to Salomon: For hygiene reasons, due to their nature: non-defective sports bras (underwear), Reservoirs (soft Value or tube), soft flasks, socks and or any products that you or any other person has altered, repaired, incorporated or added to where such alteration, repair, incorporation or addition has not been authorised by Salomon.
Returning incorrect product(s)
However, should Salomon deliver the incorrect product(s) to you by mistake please do not remove the product from its original packaging, do not remove the labels or try the product on at all. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org (subject line: your order number – Incorrect Item) as soon as possible, we will resolve the error by arranging to collect the incorrect product(s) from you and to deliver the correct product(s) to you as quickly as possible.
Returning defective product(s)

Please ensure products are returned in the following condition
- The product(s) must be unused
- The product(s) must be in the state you received them & in the original undamaged packaging. (Packages opened with care are not considered damaged)
