1. Delivery Options & Fees
We deliver to physical South African addresses only. (No P.O. boxes.)
Standard Delivery Fees
- Orders over R950: Free delivery nationwide
- Orders under R950: R99 flat fee (applies to both metropolitan and outlying areas)
Delivery Times
- Main Centres: 3–5 working days
- Outlying Areas: 4–6 working days
- Peak periods: Delivery may extend to 5–10 working days
2. PostNet Click & Collect – NEW
Collect your order at a PostNet store for R75 per order.
Weight Limit: 0–7 kg (volumetric & actual weight)
How it works:
- Browse and Order: Select your products online and add them to your cart.
- Checkout: Choose “Pickup” or “Collection” as the delivery option.
- Select a Store: Pick the PostNet location closest to you.
- Shipping Updates: You will receive emails as your order is processed.
- SMS Notification: You’ll receive an SMS when your parcel is ready for collection.
- Pickup: Visit the store with your ID to collect your order.
- Enjoy Your Purchase!
3. Exchanges
You may exchange your item within 7 days of delivery if it is:
- Unused, unworn, and unwashed
- In original packaging with all swing tags, manuals, and accessories
- Purchased from the Salomon online store
To exchange an item, follow the Returns process below and indicate that you want an exchange.
4. Returns
If you are not satisfied, items may be returned for a refund (excluding sale items). Returns must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Return Requirements:
- Must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Must be in original packaging with swing tags and labels intact
- Must be purchased from the Salomon online store
Note: Walk-in returns are not accepted. Use a verified courier at your own cost.

- Provide your order number, contact details, and item(s) for return.
- Specify the reason for return.

After We Receive Your Return
- Items are inspected for condition
- Refunds are processed to your card within 2–3 working days (depending on your bank)
Salomon reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet requirements.
5. Special Cases
Incorrect Items Delivered
- Do not remove tags, open, or try on the item
- Contact customerservice@salomonsports.co.za (Subject: Order # — Incorrect Item)
- We will arrange collection and deliver the correct item promptly
Defective Products
- Contact customerservice@salomonsports.co.za
- Return unused and in original packaging
6. Exclusions (Non-Returnable Items)
- Sports bras and underwear
- Reservoirs (soft valve or tube systems)
- Soft flasks
- Socks
- Any items altered, repaired, or modified without Salomon approval
