Shipping, Click & Collect & Tracking
- Orders usually arrive within 2-5 business days after your order has been processed.
- During busy periods, delivery may take slightly longer.
- Yes! We offer PostNet Click & Collect at select locations.
- When selecting Click & Collect, you’ll receive an SMS or email once your order is ready for collection.
- All online orders are shipped via Aramex.
- Once dispatched, you’ll get an SMS with your tracking number and a link to track online.
- Click & Collect orders will notify you via SMS/email when ready.
- You can also track your order here: Aramex Tracking.
- Currently, we only deliver within South Africa.
- Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched. If you wish to cancel, please contact us via customerservice@salomonsports.co.za within 24 hours.
- If your order was for Click & Collect, you may request a change of location before it is ready for collection.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
- Available within 7 days of delivery or Click & Collect pickup.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
- Salomon does not cover courier costs for exchanges. Please include your order number as reference on the waybill.
- If the replacement is out of stock, you will be notified by our Customer Service Team (customerservice@salomonsports.co.za) to opt for a gift card, refund, or alternative item.
- Requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery or Click & Collect pickup and include proof of payment.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, with all tags and in original packaging.
- Refunds are processed within 48 hours of receiving your return.
- Refunds are made to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Salomon does not cover return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error was made by the Warehouse Team.
- Contact us at customerservice@salomonsports.co.za within 7 days of receiving the item.
- We’ll cover courier costs and provide a replacement, gift card, or refund.
- Contact us at customerservice@salomonsports.co.za for a Return/Exchange Authorization (RMA) number.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the RMA number.
- Send via a verified courier (Aramex, Courier Guy, Fastway, PostNet, etc.) to:

- Click & Collect orders can also be returned to the PostNet collection point.
4. The returned item will first need to be validated before returns are approved. Please allow 7–10 working days for replacements.
Gift Cards & Coupons
- Enter the gift card number at checkout (Step 4).
- In-store Gift Cards cannot be redeemed online.
- Codes cannot be applied after purchase but can be used on your next order.
- We will resend it. Please notify us at customerservice@salomonsports.co.za.

Product & Warranty Queries
Salomon products are guaranteed against all manufacturing or material defects for the warranty period listed below.
- This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from a Salomon store.
- Products are compliant with their official description and specifications.
- The warranty is valid and enforceable only in the country of purchase, provided the product was intended for sale there.
- The warranty period is two (2) years from the original retail purchase date. A valid receipt or proof of payment must be supplied for verification.
- Repairs or replacements do not extend or renew the original warranty period.
- Replacement or repaired parts are covered for the remainder of the initial warranty period.
The warranty does not cover the following:
- Damage due to transportation or storage
- Improper use, neglect, or poor maintenance
- Failure to follow care instructions
- Normal wear and tear
- Modifications, unauthorised repairs, or the use of non-Salomon parts
- Damage caused by impact, falls, torsion, compression, or abnormal stress
- Removed, deleted, or altered serial numbers
- Claims without valid proof of purchase
- In the case of a defect, Salomon will repair or exchange the product for an alternative of the same value, or issue a gift card or refund if stock is unavailable.
- Repairs or replacements will be completed within a reasonable period and without major inconvenience. You will be notified of the process by our Customer Service Team (customerservice@salomonsports.co.za).
- All claims must include the product and proof of purchase, presented to the nearest authorised Salomon retailer.
To the extent permitted by law, this warranty is exclusive and replaces all other warranties. Salomon is not liable for any consequential damages, including loss of profit, data, or use, or any third-party claims. Delays in warranty service do not entitle the customer to compensation.
