How long is shipping?
Depending on your location, orders may take between 24 hours and 3 days to be delivered.
Once your order has been dispatched, an SMS will be sent which will include your tracking number, the courier used and a link to allow you always track your order online.
Occasionally, higher order volumes can result in a longer shipping period.
We do not ship any orders outside of South Africa at present.
How do I track my order and how long is shipping?
All our online orders are dispatched with Aramex
- Log into your Salomon account, under orders, copy tracking number and or click on the tracking number which should take you to the Aramex page

This order is due to be delivered within 3-5 business days (that’s 8-10 days in total).
We advise tracking your order online every 2-3 days in order to have the most up to date information on the shipping progress.
How do I return my order for a size swop or if I ordered incorrectly?
In the event of a return query, the following steps must be adhered to:
Please note that no hand returns / exchanges are possible to the address below.
Only verified couriers are accepted i.e: courier guy, Aramex, Fastway, etc.
- Products must be returned in the exact condition they were received in and in their original packaging complete with all swing tags/ labels attached. Used items will not be accepted.
- Returned items must be sent back to Salomon within 7 working days.

I have returned item without using it. How long will it take for me to receive a replacement item?
Please allow between 7-10 working days for this process.
The item will need to be returned to our warehouse, inspecting by our online team and a replacement product packaged and shipped.
What do I do if I have a Warranty query?
Please contact us at email@example.com with your online order number and images of the item in multiple angles with a brief description of the problem.
Once our product experts have had a look at the images, customer service will contact you with feedback.
We will process a replacement should we have stock of the item, however, should we not have stock we will be able to process the below:
a) We will process an online voucher for the same rand value as original purchase (this will allow you to purchase an alternative) T&c apply

How often do you re-stock sizes online?
The sizes displayed on the website are the sizes that are currently available for purchase. We are working as quickly as possible to restock some of your favourite items, but this may not always be possible.
I cannot add the item I want to my cart.
Select a colour and size, then click “add to cart”. If the item is out of stock, relevant messaging will be displayed above the “add to cart” button.
Can I change my delivery address?

Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed. You will need to receive your delivery & then go through the return process. For assistance, contact our online team at email@example.com
How do I know my order has been placed successfully?
Once you have proceeded to check out, you will be redirected to the order confirmation page confirming your successful order. You will also receive an order confirmation e-mail with a summary of your order information.
How do I use a coupon code?
Simply enter your coupon code on the shopping cart page. The order summary will automatically update to reflect your discount.
Once payment is made, we are not able to amend the order to add in the coupon code, but this code can then be used on your next online purchase.

If I have bought an item online, can I return it in store?
Should you wish to return an online purchase in store, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for a verification email with your nearest Salomon concept store.
Please note stores will not accept any returns without this clearance email from our customer service.
If I purchased a product from a Salomon reseller and need to return it, what should I do?
According to our warranty policy, the reseller is responsible for all after-sales service.

How do I use a gift voucher?
Simply enter your gift card number and scratch code on the payment screen, which is on step four of the checkout.
I bought a gift card but the person I bought it for has not received it yet. What do I do?
If the gift card recipient is not able to locate their gift card e-mail after checking their inbox and Spam folders, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to have the gift card resent.
What should I do if I have lost my gift card?
If your gift card was purchased online, contact email@example.com to help retrieve your gift card details.
How do I reset my password?

What safety measures are in place?
Our teams have been briefed to ensure the safety of our customers and our team. We are in strict accordance with the government regulations.
Hygiene protocols that have been put in place, which include:
- Staff will maintain social distance from customers.
- Stores will be disinfected before work begins, regularly during the working period and after work ends. Hand sanitizers are being rolled out at store entrances.
- All staff will be wearing face masks.
- All customers will also be required to wear masks before entering the stores.
- Staff will be using hand disinfectant and practicing regular hand washing.
- Speed points and other touch points will be disinfected after each customer.
- We will be offering contactless payment options via EFT/ Zapper in stores
- For online customers, our delivery partners Aramex will follow the strictest protocols for contactless delivery.
