Depending on your location, orders may take between 24 hours and 3 days to be delivered.

Once your order has been dispatched, an SMS will be sent which will include your tracking number, the courier used and a link to allow you to always track your order online.

Occasionally, higher order volumes can result in a longer shipping period.

We do not ship any orders outside of South Africa at present.

All our online orders are dispatched with Aramex.

  • Products must be returned in the exact condition they were received in and in their original packaging complete with all swing tags / labels attached. Used items will not be accepted.

Please allow between 7-10 working days for this process.

The item will need to be returned to our warehouse, inspecting by our online team and replacement product packaged and shipped.

Please contact us at customerservice@salomonsports.co.za with your online order number and images of the item in multiple angles with a brief description of the problem.

Once our product experts have had a look at the images, customer service will contact you with feedback.

We will process a replacement should we have stock of the item,
however, should we not have stock we will be able to process the below:

for the same rand value as original purchase (this will allow you to

Once you have proceeded to check out, you will be redirected to the
order confirmation page confirming your successful order. You will also
receive an order confirmation e-mail with a summary of your order

Simply enter your coupon code on the shopping cart page. The order summary will automatically update to reflect your discount.

Once payment is made, we are not able to amend the order to add
in the coupon code, but this code can then be used on your next online
purchase.

Should you wish to return an online purchase in store, please contact customerservice@salomonsports.co.za for a verification email with your nearest Salomon concept store.

Please note stores will not accept any returns without this clearance email from our customer service.

According to our warranty policy, the reseller is responsible for all after-sales service.

Returns are usually processed within 48 hours of receiving the parcel
at our warehouse. You should receive your refund within 3 to 5 working
days, via EFT. Note that, sometimes it can take longer for the funds to
appear in your account depending on the bank or credit card company's
processing times.

We work tirelessly to combat any potential sources of fakes, but we are
unable to fully prevent the sale of counterfeit products. Please contact

GIFT CARDS

Please note these are digital gift cards and are only redeemable on the Salomon SA Online store. https://www.salomonsports.co.za/

Simply enter your gift card number and scratch code on the payment screen, which is on step four of the checkout.

If the gift card recipient is not able to locate their gift card e-mail
after checking their inbox and Spam folders, please contact customerservice@salomonsports.co.za to have the gift card resent.

If your gift card was purchased online, contact customerservice@salomonsports.co.za to help retrieve your gift card details.

Click the “Forgot password” link on the login page and enter the same
e-mail address you have used to create your online profile. You will
receive a “Reset password” email with a link to reset your password.
Click the “Reset password” link in the e-mail you have received and
enter a new password.

create your online profile. If you are still not receiving the “Reset

COVID-19

Our teams have been briefed to ensure the safety of our customers and
our team. We are in strict accordance with the government regulations.

Hygiene protocols that have been put in place, which include:

  • Staff will maintain social distance from customers.
  • Stores will be disinfected before work begins, regularly during the working period
    and after work ends. Hand sanitizers are being rolled out at store entrances.
  • All staff will be wearing face masks.
  • All customers will also be required to wear masks before entering the stores.

  • Speed points and other touch points will be disinfected after each customer.
  • We will be offering contactless payment options via EFT/ Zapper in stores.
  • For online customers, our delivery partners Aramex will follow the strictest protocols for contactless delivery.
