Free nationwide delivery applies to orders over R950; orders under R950 are charged a flat R99 fee. Delivery takes 3–5 working days to main centres and 4–6 to outlying areas, with peak periods extending to 5–10 working days. Shipped parcels can be tracked here.
PostNet Click & Collect – New
Collect your order at a PostNet store for R75 per order (0–7kg volumetric or actual weight).
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for a refund (excluding sale items). Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, in original packaging with all tags attached, and purchased from the Salomon online store.
Walk-in returns are not accepted — items must be sent back via a verified courier at the customer’s own cost.

Salomon products purchased from the Salomon store or an authorised retailer are covered against manufacturing and material defects for 2 years from the date of purchase, with valid proof of purchase.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, impact damage, improper use, modifications, or damage resulting from failure to follow care or use instructions.
To submit a claim, customers must provide the product and proof of purchase to an authorised Salomon retailer. Salomon will repair, replace, or refund at its discretion. Learn more here.
